Prince William and Kate mirror engagement photos as they celebrate 10th anniversary with two new portraits

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have released two new portraits as they celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary.
Prince William and Kate have mirrored one of their engagement photos of more than 10 years ago as William holds his wife in his arms and she rests her head on his chest.
They also twinned in blue outfits, with William in a denim look shirt under a blue sweater. Kate, whose hair is loose in large curls, wears a blue floral dress with sheer sleeves and a wrap front.
The pictures were taken this week in London, in their garden at Kensington Palace by Chris Floyd.

In a second image, the couple perch on a tree with William gazing adoringly at Kate, while she looks at something out of shot.
The first portrait is reminiscent of one of the pictures released back in 2010 when they first announced their engagement.
Taken by Mario Testino, they were shown cuddled up in a similar pose.
William proposed to Kate in Kenya in 2010, and gave her his mother Diana's engagement ring.
The couple wed on 29 April 2011, and are marking a decade of marriage on Thursday, for which tin gifts would traditionally be exchanged.
William, 38, and Kate, 39, got married in Westminster Abbey, followed by a reception at Buckingham Palace.
There were 1,900 guests at their wedding, including royals from around the world and politicians like then-Prime Minister David Cameron, as well as celebrities like Sir Elton John and David Beckham.
Kate wore a dress by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen, which was decorated with handmade lace, made at Hampton Court Palace by the Royal School of Needlework.

Kensington Palace said of the dress that Kate wanted to "combine tradition and modernity with the artistic vision that characterises Alexander McQueen's work".
Pieces of the lace were given to Fiona Cairns, who made the couple's cake, and the design was piped onto tiers of the fruit cake.
A decade on, William and Kate now have three children, Prince George, seven, Princess Charlotte, who turns six on Sunday, and Prince Louis, who turned three last week.
They have proven to be an important part of the Royal Family, particularly during the coronavirus pandemic, able to carry out more in-person duties than the older generations.
And despite the sombre nature of the funeral of Prince Philip, they both have improved their favourability rankings, with William jumping four points and Kate up by five, in the days after royal mourning.
