Co-op unveils £10 Valentine's day meal deal for two - full menu of dishes

We might only be half of the way through January, but February will be here before you know it.

That also means that Valentine's Day is looming on the horizon and many couples will be looking for ways to celebrate. If you don't want to spend money on a posh restaurant, then a fancy dine-in deal is usually a popular alternative.

Ahead of February 14, Co-op has officially unveiled its full menu for this year's Valentine's Day Dine In Deal for Two. Boasting a main meal, side and a bottle of wine, it is ideal for lovebirds and friends alike this year.

Available to buy in store and online from February 5-19, Co-op members will be able to nab the deal for just £10, saving up to £8.85 overall. For all other shoppers, the same deal will cost a little bit extra at £12.

With six new lines and a wide range of gastro-inspired meals from the retailer's premium line, there will be something for every palette. Using only the highest quality ingredients, the deal offers top notch restaurant quality from the comforts of your own home.

Co-op has highlighted new dishes such as the Chicken Parmigiana. These chicken breasts have been coated with a crisp Parmigiano Reggiano and ciabatta crumb, topped with rich marinara sauce and melted mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

There's also a Salmon En Croute featuring barber’s cave aged cheddar and creamy white wine and Sicilian lemon sauce, alongside a Beef Bourguignon, prepared with slow cooked British Hereford beef in a rich red wine sauce with onions, button mushrooms, and smoked bacon.

Outside of the Dine-In Deal for couples, the supermarket will also be offering plenty of sweet treats. Sugar fans will be able to find the likes of heart-shaped lollipops, rose cupcakes and melt-in-the-middle puddings.
