Christine McGuinness' major plans after divorce from husband Paddy
The Real Housewives of Cheshire star Christine McGuinness is getting ready to launch a new business two years after her divorce from Paddy McGuinness. Christine has filed papers with the Intellectual Property Office to trademark the name Goddess by Christine McGuinness, The Sun reports. OK! has contacted Christine's reps for comment.
It’s not the first time Christine has launched her own range, the star had previously owned a fitness clothing range called VIBE By Christine. The merchandise included workout leggings and tops from sizes 6 to 18. She also has a brand called Lifestyle by Christine McGuinness, which is exclusive to B&M stores.
Christine had been married to her husband Paddy, who is also the father of their three children, for 11 years - but the pair split in two years ago. Recently, Paddy took a swipe at his ex-wife in a stand-up comedy routine.

Speaking from the stage at Blackburn’s King George’s Hall on Thursday 24 October, Paddy said: “It’s all about love and respect tonight. Loads of love in this room. I don’t care what race you are, what religion, what your sexuality is,” he said. “I don’t care how you identify. You can identify as a cat, for all I care. Put your litter tray in the corner, knock yourself out.”
He continued: “Tonight, folks, we’re all here as human beings with one common goal — and that’s to help me pay for my divorce. I’ve had the pants down, me, the pants down. I’m thinking of getting Children In Need to do a bike ride for me next year, or come round to a bedsit in Bolton filming me.”
While Paddy and Christine split in 2022, the exes still share the same house in Cheshire, where they raise their three children, twins Leo and Penelope, who are 10, and seven year old Felicity. When Paddy announced his stand up tour earlier this year, he did reveal that he would delve into personal matters on stage, including his and Christine’s break up and the challenges of parenting their three autistic children.
Chatting with Tony Bellew on his Club Bellew podcast, Paddy revealed: "This tour will be slightly different from past tours. I'm planning to talk about things I have never talked about on tour, for instance having children with autism. I'm divorced now, so that will come into it. It's been eight years since my last tour and there's lots of things to laugh about. I'm looking forward to getting back in front of a live audience, along with running the gauntlet of cancel culture, click bait and fake news."
In June of this year, Christine announced to the Loose Women panel she was ‘dating’ someone but was keeping it very ‘laid back’.
