Chloe Madeley's 'very excited' for 2025 as she shows off toned physique
Chloe Madeley has shown off her incredibly toned physique in a recent Instagram pic as she insists she’s 'very excited' for the New Year. The star split from her husband, James Haskell, of five years in 2023, and the pair have since been co-parenting their young daughter, Bodhi.
The star posted the same mirror selfie showing off her abs on her Instagram grid two days ago along with a link to her online coaching business, The EC Method, and received a lot of encouraging comments. One wrote: “You’re fabulous and you look beautiful” another added: “Ooof! Looking amazing!” and a third simply said: “Impressive,” followed by a clapping hands emoji.
Chloe very recently opened up about her divorce, and she told Fabulous magazine that everyone sees divorce as a ‘negative’ thing - but for her, she felt ‘relief’.

She said: “When you tell people that you are divorcing, everyone sees it as such a negative thing. They say: ‘This is going to be so hard for you.’ And, yes, it is, but the hardest bit was when we were married. The last year of the marriage was awful. It was so dark, painful, and one of the worst periods of my life. It’s a good thing we ended it.
“It was so incredibly scary, especially when you’ve been with someone for 11 years and you have a child together. I’m amazed I got through it in the way that I did. I think more people should see it as a positive thing. I’m so proud of myself and so relieved that I actually called it a day.”
Chloe added that she decided to keep the real reason for her and James’ split private to protect their daughter, as well as their parents from ‘reading about dark and painful experiences’.
Chloe, the daughter of Judy Finnigan and Richard Madeley, said: “My parents are so incredible, I won the lottery with them. They are my emotional cheerleaders. I’m sure they didn’t want my marriage with James to end – they have that old-school mentality about the family unit. But I said to them: ‘Trust me, I’ll be happier doing this than if I stay.’"
The star even told the publication that Bodhi was a big reason that she decided to leave her marriage. She added that if they didn’t have a child, she and James wouldn’t probably ‘still be together’. Despite the break-up, Chloe and James have managed to maintain a strong friendship, often socialising together with their daughter.
