Cher turns back time in iconic 1989 outfit at Billboard Music Awards
Music and fashion icon Cher turned 71 over the weekend. She also picked up the prestigious Icon Award at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards.
With presenter Gwen Stefani mentioning Cher’s “truly iconic looks at every point in her career”, it was only apt that the singer took to the stage in a truly memorable outfit.

She may be almost 30 years older but that didn’t stop Cher from re-wearing a see-through black bodysuit.
The sheer look was first worn in 1989 but was paired with a leather jacket and wild 80s hair on Sunday night.

Prior to picking up her trophy, Cher performed her 1998 hit, Believe, in yet another barely-there look.
She donned pink heart-shaped nipple pasties with silver tassels that just about covered her essentials.

Cher has remained a style icon for many stars including Kim Kardashian who tweeted several pictures of the singer, calling her “my Armenian Queen.”
Other people took to Twitter to praise the 71-year-old.
