CBBC and Disney actress welcomes baby with TikTok star husband and reveals Princess-inspired name
CBBC and Disney alum Bethan Wright has just become a mum for the first time, and the internet is buzzing.
The 28 year old actress, known for her breakout role in the popular teen show Dixi, took to social media this morning to announce the arrival of her baby girl and her Disney princess-inspired name.
Bethan initially shot to fame when she bagged a role in the popular CBBC series Dixi. In the show, Bethan brought to life the character of schoolgirl Chloe, one of the prominent characters throughout the show's five season journey.
Along with her TikTok sensation husband Sean Havens, who have recently made the big move to Las Vegas, Bethan shared an endearing black-and-white photo on Instagram. The heart-warming image captures their hands cradling their daughter's tiny feet.
Sean expressed his joy in the caption, writing: "Our beautiful daughter Aurora-Lily was born on the 7th, and she is beyond everything we had hoped and prayed for."
He continued: "When looking at someone so perfect and innocent I can't help but see God's signature proudly signed across her as the masterpiece she is. Just when I believe I am at the pinnacle of having discovered the deepest caverns of love life can offer, I am given the great honor of witnessing my true love give birth to our combined true love."
"I am in sheer awe of my wife and her ultimate testament to her womanhood. She didn't just give birth, my wife dove deep into the ethereal experience that was entirely unique to her own story."
"We've joined our lives together and this next chapter as parents is one that I've dreamt of my entire life.” He added, emotionally: "I sobbed uncontrollably when I heard her cry for the first time."
Sean then ended: "Aurora has her mumma's cute nose and my passion for eating every 2 hours (the doc said I can't give her pasta for at least the first week)... (okay maybe a little longer). We can't wait for all of the amazing moments the three of us will share baby girl."
Bethan's followers - including her former CBBC & Disney colleagues - were swift to send their congratulations to the thrilled parents. Jade Alleyne, who worked with Bethan in the widely watched Disney show, The Lodge, said: "This is so beautiful it slyly made me teary. Congratulations to you both. Praise God."
Another co-star from The Lodge series, Jayden Revri shared his joy, posting: "Aurora. The biggest congratulations to you guys."
Another fan penned: "Omg! ! Sean and Beth! ! Congrats to you both! I am so happy!”
In 2016, Bethan chose to leave CBBC after being offered one of the lead roles in Disney's hit series The Lodge.
In The Lodge, she portrayed mean girl Danielle Clark for two seasons. Other cast members included Bridgeton hunk Luke Newton and Hollywood actress Dove Cameron.
