Britain’s early risers complete an average of six tasks before 7am

Watch Peter Crouch take on an extreme morning routine – from a 20-minute ice bath to multiple gym sessions. Social media is now filled with ‘Get Ready With Me’ style content, often consisting of the '5AM club' morning routine. But Crouchy puts some of the more unusual and demanding tasks to the test, to see if they are sustainable on an everyday basis. It comes as a poll of 2,000 adults found early risers complete an average of six tasks before 7am– including workouts, meditation and vacuuming. The research was commissioned by Alpro, which has expanded its range of Plant Protein with protein drinks and alternatives to yoghurt. The study also found 45 per cent describe themselves as a 'morning person' and 56 per cent of them don't even need to set an alarm.
