Brielle Biermann and her mother Kim Zolciak-Biermann have been sharing their lives on reality TV for over a decade now, which has helped them establish a mother-daughter relationship in which they share “everything” with one another.

On the heels of the brand new eighth season of Bravo‘s “Don’t Be Tardy” and the continued success of KAB Cosmetics, the beauty brand they launched last year with another one of Kim’s daughters, Ariana Biermann, Brielle and Kim talked to In The Know’s Gibson Johns about everything they have going on in their lives for the latest episode of “We Should Talk.”

“It’s really fun,” Brielle, 23, said of working with her mom every day. “It’s super funny, because we’ll leave an event and we’ll be sh-t talking a little bit about certain things that happened or people. I tell [her] everything, down to the last weird thing you probably wouldn’t want to share with your mom.”

“I feel very blessed to have her. It’s really fun,” Kim echoed. “What better job is there? You get to work with your family, you get to do interviews with your family. We’re very similar people. It’s very very fun. We’ve been on TV for, what, 13 years together?”

On “Don’t Be Tardy” season 8: Kim, Brielle and the rest of their family piled into an RV for a cross-country road trip for this season, which resulted in a whirlwind of emotion, unexpected moments and some great reality TV moments.

“I was thinking, ‘When am I getting off of this thing?'” Brielle laughed. “We went through so many crazy, fun, sad times — every emotion!”

“There’s definitely some very unexpected moments. A lot of tears in certain situations, a lot of fun, a lot of laughter, a lot of just really living in the moment,” Kim added. “I tend to always be thinking about tomorrow and the next day instead of truly living in the moment, and that was my goal, to really focus on being in the moment.”

On celebs sliding into Brielle’s DMs: Though she spent her family’s road trip last summer on the prowl for a new man, the influencer told us that she is “clearly still single from that situation” and now she’s getting contacted by several unnamed famous suitors.

“I have a lot of celebrities or high-profile people sliding in the DMs. I’m around them often, so I’ll meet them and then they’ll slide in and try to have conversations with me and then they’ll throw in a picture that I may not be too interested in,” Brielle laughed. “There are a lot of things that go down in the DMs that I’m not interested in.”

On people obsessing over their looks and dealing with internet trolls: Media coverage around Kim and Brielle over the past several years has focused a lot on their appearances and whether or not they’ve gotten work done. Both of the “Don’t Be Tardy” stars told In The Know that they’re over it.

“What I would say is it’s been five or six years of the same consistent bullsh-t that you guys bring up. I’m bored. Can we start talking about something else?” Brielle said. “Find something else to make fun of me. I’ve replied the same replies, I’ve heard the same comments. Like, I get it. I don’t care!”

Meanwhile, Kim has found a way to turn the constant criticism into a learning lesson for being in the public eye.

“I want women to know you can still be a mom and be beautiful and do your hair, do your makeup, get dressed up. Just because you’re a mom doesn’t mean you have to let it go. That’s what I want women to understand,” the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum said. “All of these things that I’m so passionate about [are] because I have six kids and I still want to feel beautiful and I think people genuinely hate that. The comments that people say — and I tell my girls this all the time — [are] a direct reflection of them and it has zero to do with me or anybody. It has everything to do with them.”

On their joint beauty brand, KAB Cosmetics: Kim, Brielle and Ariana launched KAB Cosmetics back in 2019, and it’s proved not only to be a success with fans but also a way for Kim to keep her daughters around.

“My thought with KAB Cosmetics was I want my girls to stick around for forever. What can I do to keep my girls here and at home and working with me?” she told ITK. “We love Cosmetics. Obviously, I’m 42, Brielle is 23, Ariana is 18. We’re all these different ages. Brielle is trying to keep me young.”

“I hated the taste of lipstick and the way it feels waxy, so all of our lipsticks are scented with vanilla cupcake and are really hydrating,” she added. “We wanted to use really good products. Our lip kits sold out on preorders, and it was like, ‘Oh, my god.’ We were so overwhelmed. We re-stocked our lip oils, like, three times. It was very emotional.”

“It justifies the haters a little more, too,” Brielle said with a smile.
