Bombay Sapphire is one of the UK's most well-known, and loved gin brands, so naturally we were excited to learn that they are launching a brand new flavour.

The new Bombay Sapphire English Estate is a limited edition gin that pays homage to the beauty of the English countryside. Alongside the familiar bright citrus notes often found in the classic gin, three brand new botanicals are used: Rosehip, Pennyroyal Mint and Hazelnut.

Infused with the three new botanicals, the aim of the gin's flavour is to capture the true essence and beauty of an English garden. Which makes sense, considering it's distilled at the gorgeous Laverstoke Mill Distillery in Hampshire, which is surrounded by stunning countryside and nature.

And what's even more exciting is that this is Bombay Sapphire’s first new gin in three years and fifth gin from the brand. They already distill Bombay Sapphire, Star of Bombay, Bombay Sapphire East and Bombay Dry Gin.

So how best to drink the new gin?

Bombay recommends serving it with freshly squeezed lemon juice, tonic or ginger ale, alongside lots of ice and a garnish of mint for a true refreshment.
