Blake Lively has taken to Instagram to debut her incredible 61-pound weight loss.

The actress welcomed her second daughter, Ines, with husband Ryan Reynolds back in September 2016.

And over the course of 14 months, the 30-year-old has worked alongside a personal trainer to return to her pre-baby weight.

In a candid Instagram post, Lively captioned the snap: “Turns out you can’t lose the 61lbs you gained during pregnancy by just scrolling through Instragram and wondering why you don’t look like all the bikini models”.

And fans took to the social media platform to praise the mother-of-two for her realistic approach to shedding pregnancy weight.

One follower commented: “Thanks for telling how it is! Most women do not simply snap back into shape after giving birth. It takes time and work, you look great.”

While another praised the actress for sending a positive message on social media, as she wrote, “New mums can use realistic Instagram posts about getting back to their pre-baby body post-baby. It’s refreshing, thank you for keeping it real #fitnessgoals #momsquad.”
