Ready to make fall flavors your entire personality? Yep, so are we, which is why we’re living for all the pumpkin-spiced sweets and pecan-studded treats appearing on shelves already.

Thankfully, Costco has also gotten the memo. No, it hasn’t released its famed, almost-four-pound pumpkin pie quite yet, but the warehouse store is helping us bridge the dessert gap between summer and fall with a sweet, cinnamony treat perfect for autumn snacking.

New Cinnamon Chip Bisconies at Costco

Customers have spotted a brand new cookie at the Costco bakery, and for most shoppers, it’s been love at first bite. The Cinnamon Chip Bisconies feature a creme cake base, cinnamon-flavored chips, plus a sweet crunch from a sugar crystal coating.

Never heard of bisconies before? Bisconies are a hybrid of a biscotti and a scone, crossing the toothy texture of a biscotti with the richer, more tender crumb of a scone. They’re not particularly sweet on their own (typically you’ll find them sweetened with dried fruits or chocolate chips), so the cinnamon chips and sugar coating on these treats don’t take them over the top. They’re light and buttery and would make the perfect sweet nibble next to an afternoon coffee or tea.

“We call those bisconies ‘cozy biscuits,’” one commenter shared.

Costco's Cranberry-Orange bisconies have been a hit in years past, but this season, customers can’t seem to get enough of the new cinnamon twist. Funnily enough, more online customer reviews are coming with warnings rather than recommendations, claiming these desserts are too good not to devour in one sitting. “These are HIGHLY addictive. Do not buy,” one commenter joked. “11/10.”

“So darn good!!! Can’t buy again as I can't eat just one,” joked one fan. “These were delicious. Didn't last one day in my home,” shared another.

These irresistible two-bite treats are priced at $8.99 for a pack of 42, making them the perfect cozy snack to put out at fall family gatherings and football parties. But, knowing Costco, we can almost guarantee this will be the first of many fall treats in store for shoppers this season.
