BBC axes Amandaland and Am I Being Unreasonable from usual slot
BBC One Wales has axed comedy shows Amandaland and Am I Being Unreasonable? from their usual slots due to a brand new series. of Welsh crime drama, The One That Got Away, which stars Richard Harrington and Elen Rhys.
Its first episode was shown on Tuesday evening, February 25, while its second episode will be aired on Wednesday, evening, February 26. On Wednesday, The One That Got Away's second episode will be shown at 9pm, which is the usual time slot for the Motherland spin-off series Amandaland. The One That Got Away's episodes are roughly 50 minutes, meaning that Am I Being Unreasonable?'s fourth episode of the second series will also be pushed back. The One That Got Away's second episode will be followed by an episode of Blue Planet II at 9.50pm, then BBC News at 10 in its usual slot at 10pm and then BBC Wales Today at 10.30pm.

However, Fans of Amandaland and Am I Being Unreasonable will be glad to know that they can still watch the episodes on Wednesday evening, but a little later. Amandaland's episode will be aired at 10.40pm, while Am I Being Unreasonable?'s episode is being shown at 11.10pm.
The changes in scheduling only apply here in Wales. Viewers can watch any missed episodes of Amandaland, Am I Being Unreasonable? or The One That Got Away on BBC iPlayer, with all episodes available on the streaming service if you fancy a binge watch.
Welsh noir drama, The One That Got Away, is the English version of S4C programme - Cleddau, which was aired in October last year. The series includes a star-studded cast, with familiar faces from other Welsh crime dramas, Coronation Street and Netflix's Gangs of London, amongst other shows.
The six-part series focuses on a murder investigation that bears similarities with previous murders that happened in a small community in Pembrokeshire 12 years ago. For those across the border, a double-bill of the first two episodes will air at 9pm on BBC Four on Saturday, March 1 (St David's Day).
