Baskin-Robbins’ latest dessert is unbrielievable.

The ice cream chain's Flavor of the Month for November is Brie My Guest, a cheeseboard-inspired choice.

Each scoop blends brie and burrata-flavored ice creams with almonds, pistachios and an apricot swirl, making for a sweet and salty spin on a charcuterie platter, per a press release. The cheesy-tasting ice cream base provides "subtle savory notes, while almond and pistachio pieces add a delightful crunch. Finally, the apricot swirls give a pop of tangy sweetness.”

The not-too-sweet treat is available nationwide starting on Friday, Nov. 1.

Wendy’s has its own salty-sweet dessert option this month. Starting on Nov. 12, customers can score a limited-time salted caramel Frosty as one of three new menu items.

The Frosty is described as having “warm and cozy comfort in every chilly bite,” per a press release and will replace the vanilla Frosty upon its arrival according to a source at Wendy’s. Plus, the source told PEOPLE that the Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty, the Spongebob Squarepants-inspired flavor introduced on Oct. 8, will also leave menus when the salted caramel flavor lands.

The mushroom bacon cheeseburger is another of Wendy’s new fall menu items. The funghi-forward option stacks roasted mushrooms, bacon, Muenster cheese and creamy garlic spread on top of a beefy patty.

Wendy’s is also upgrading their existing taco salad as the last of the new menu items. The new taco salad has a creamy salsa dressing, fire-roasted corn, tortilla strips and chili. The original version had chili, tortilla chips, sour cream and salsa.
