Katie Price has been living it up, despite her well-known financial struggles, leaving fans puzzled about how she's managing to keep up with the glitz and glam. Even after being declared bankrupt, Katie's been seen jet-setting on holiday after holiday with her beau from Married At First Sight star JJ Slater.

She has also recently moved into a plush Sussex pad valued at over a million pounds, for which she is shelling out an eye-watering £5,000 monthly in rent, despite owing a hefty sum of £761,994.05 to HM Revenue and Customs.

With fans scratching their heads over how Katie affords her swanky lifestyle, especially when she's turned down work before, the I'm A Celebrity alum took to social media to set the record straight.

The busy mum-of-five posted a picture of herself autographing 3,000 copies of her new book, This Is Me, which is set to hit the shelves in July, 2024, reports the Mirror. Alongside the photo, Katie wrote: "People wondering how it is I am able to sustain a certain lifestyle despite having financial ups and downs...

"Let me tell you it's all comes from hard work, never giving up and fighting through. I've never been scared to graft and I'm not stopping now. Hard work will always pay off, tough times don't last but tough people do! ", showing her determination to power through the hard times.

Kate also shared that she's been busy signing copies of her book, telling her followers: "Three thousands copies pre signed copies of my book - the deadline was yesterday."

Despite facing a barrage of criticism for her seemingly carefree attitude amidst bankruptcy woes, Katie continues to live it up on luxurious getaways with her partner JJ, even skipping out on crucial court dates.

She was expected to appear at the High Court earlier this year to discuss her financial situation but instead chose to soak up the sun in Cyprus with her beau. Her absence from court didn't go unnoticed, drawing sharp rebuke from observers.

However, Katie later disclosed that she had been medically excused by both a psychiatrist and a consultant doctor, deeming her mentally unfit to endure the scrutiny of a public cross-examination.

The TV personality, who's been receiving outpatient support from The Priory for a number of years now, has also upped her personal security and relocated following a number of vandalism incidents at her former home Mucky Mansion.
