Ashley Graham Suits Up in Custom LGN Louis Gabriel Nouchi for Louvre’s Grand Fashion Dinner
Ashley Graham favored monochrome tailoring at the Louvre’s Grand Fashion Dinner in Paris on Tuesday. The star-studded event marks the museum’s first fundraising gala, which is being staged in honor of the new exhibition, “Louvre Couture: Art and Fashion — Statement Pieces.”
Graham sported a custom suit by LGN Louis Gabriel Nouchi, accessorizing with a diamond tie clip and earrings by De Beers. A pair of Christian Louboutin pumps completed her look, which was curated by stylist Emily Evans.

Hairdresser Peter Lux styled the supermodel’s brunette tresses in a sleek updo, while makeup artist Morgane Martini gave her a glowy base, winged eyeliner and a bold red lip.
Last month, Graham spoke exclusively with WWD about her new partnership with Olly. In her new position as brand ambassador, she’ll appear at live activations and front campaigns for Olly products as the company expands its women’s health offerings (they introduced a menopause supplement last fall).
“I love working with brands that I actually use,” Graham said. “Olly tastes delightful, it’s science backed and it also works.”
The Louvre’s debut fashion exhibit spotlights precious objects from the Byzantine era to the Second French Empire, tracing their influence on designer clothing.
More than 30 tables were put up for auction for the Grand Dinner, with the Louvre revealing that “its fundraising goal of 1 million euros for the opening event has been reached.” The “biggest houses and foremost designers lending to the exhibition” are represented among the guest list.
“Louvre Couture: Art and Fashion — Statement Pieces” features 66 outfits and 30 accessories, all displayed alongside items from the Louvre’s permanent collection of decorative objects.
“This is really the first time that the Louvre has decided to create an exhibition about the relationship between fashion and its own collections,” Olivier Gabet, director of the decorative arts department at the Louvre Museum, told WWD last August, when the show was unveiled.
