Amanda Holden says 'please don't worry' as she makes surprising marriage admission
Amanda Holden left her co-star Jamie Theakston shocked on Heart Radio today, after revealing the real reason why she was getting better at darts.
Discussing darts champion Luke Littler on their show, Amanda said she and her husband Chris Hughes often played the sport in their home garage.
In order to get better at the game however, the presenter revealed that her spouse locks her in their garage until she scores the perfect 180.

She shared: "If I can't find Chris, he's in the garage on the dartboard.
"I've told the nation before, please don't worry for my safety, but Chris locks me in the garage until I score a 180. He won't let me out."
Seemingly stunned by her admission, Jamie replied: "That's sort of quite cruel, isn't it?"
Explaining the positives, she continued: "Hmm, the garage is quite nice.
"I tell you what I did, I was in there for so long the other night I actually did a bit of a clear-out of the garage.
"After it was his turn, I started re-boxing and reorganising."
It's not the first time the 53-year-old presenter has made a surprising admission about her marriage.
In 2023, Amanda said she would allow her spouse to meet up with Rachel Riley, as he's very fond of the Countdown star.
She told Jamie: "You see that is my husband's pink pass. He's got a real thing for Rachel Riley.
"I would allow him to take her out... for a coffee."
When pressed further about what else the 'pass' could include, she quipped: "You work out the maths."
Amanda has been married to her second husband Chris since 2008, following her divorce from Les Dennis.
Together they share two daughters; Lexi, 19, and Hollie, 13.
Previously discussing the secret to their long-term marriage, Amanda said told OK! Magazine: "The main secret behind a successful marriage is to have a b****y good sense of humour!
"Plus, I really fancy Chris. We’ll be eating dinner in a restaurant, he’ll go to the loo, then I’ll look up and catch a glimpse of a man and think he’s fit! Then I’ll realise, 'Gosh, that’s my husband!'
"I still fancy him. Also, Chris challenges me and I challenge him – that’s another secret to a good marriage.”
