Allison Kuch and Isaac Rochell welcomed their daughter Scottie Bee on Dec. 9, 2023
Allison Kuch and Isaac Rochell's daughter Scottie Bee is one!
The internet personality and defensive end, both 29, celebrated their daughter's first birthday with an adorable compilation from the past year on Instagram. "Best year of our lives" they captioned the post shared on Dec. 10.
The video included sweet clips throughout, including the moment they first found out Kuch was pregnant as well as the first glimpse of Scottie Bee's face.
The video was posted one day after Scottie Bee's actual birthday Dec. 9. On the latest episode of the Sunday Sports Club podcast, they revealed that they planned to take her on a trip to Disneyland for her special day as well as host a birthday party "with all of her friends [and] a bounce house."
During the podcast, Kuch and Rochell also reflected on their first year as parents noting how they overprepared before they became parents and took "everybody's opinion or advice with a grain of salt."
"When it comes to being a first-time parent, you're so stressed about, 'Is this the right bassinet?' Or 'Are these the [right] diapers?' and over-prepping," Kuch said. "So many people are like, 'You don't need that,' and I say f— them. If you wanna do a whole nursery... I say [do it]."
Kuch added that while people did provide them with helpful advice, she got "stressed [about] being perfect."

Kuch has especially been open about post-partum over the past year on her podcast. She previously shared that "people assume I don't love my daughter," when she speaks out, but that is "not the case."
"You could be literally the best, happiest mom and still be like, 'I actually am really unhappy,'" she said. "While I love being a mom, and I love being Scottie's mom... I do love being independent, and I love doing things outside of motherhood. But I don't think that makes me a worse mom."

Kuch previously told PEOPLE in November 2024 how she and Rochell overcame the negative stigma around parenthood and leaned into asking for help when they needed it.
"We don’t have family nearby, and our circle of friends is small," she told PEOPLE. "Recently, we realized we were kind of drowning, so we’ve started accepting help. But there’s this negative perspective around it, and I think breaking that barrier is really important."
