Alison Hammond reveals her early morning guilty pleasure
This Morning regular Alison Hammond took to Instagram today to share a snap of one of her favourite guilty pleasures.
And that turns out to be a dip in her hot tub first thing. And by first thing we mean 5am if her post is anything to go by.
"Early morning Hot Tub!!," wrote the star. "This is on one of my favourite guilty pleasures, early morning Hot tub #5amclub."

It's certainly one way to set yourself up for the day. Alison's selfie showed her lounging in her hot tub, with the image reflected in a vintage-style mirror hanging on the fence.
Fans and celebrity friends were loving the update.
"Whaaaaatt!!!!" wrote This Morning host Holly Willoughby. "Love you!!! 💕" While fellow show regular Josie Gibson joked, "Make room for a little one!! 💃 💃 💃 💃 "
It turns out Alison may not be the only ITV star who enjoys an early morning hot tub. Loose Women panellist Andrea McLean commented, "Oh yes, I hear ya! And last thing at night as well... makes you sleep like a baby ❤️ "
