Yes, it’s possible to fry your favorite food without using tons of oil. Meet the incredibly popular Cosori Air Fryer.
Air fryers use much less oil than traditional frying. The machine circulates super hot air around whatever food you’re cooking to create that crispy, crunchy outcome we all want — but it does so only using a few tablespoons of oil.
“Easy to use, easy to clean, sufficiently quiet,” wrote a five-star Amazon reviewer. “I was skeptical of the concept of air frying, but now I'm hooked. The removable basket is a breeze to clean. Last night I cooked 2 rainbow trout fillets and roasted potatoes together (pre-cooked potatoes for 3 minutes in microwave first). I just used the fish icon on the menu and dinner was perfect. To put that into perspective, normal fryers use 50 times more oil than air fryers. Air fryers cook up food with tons of flavor but much less fat content and with fewer harmful compounds than are found in most traditionally fried foods (specifically acrylamide, which studies show could be linked to cancer).
