But for a holiday? Don’t underestimate them; you can see some of the most awesome landscapes the world has to offer while sat in a comfy seat.

You don’t have to fly to Vietnam or Australia to do so, either; some of the world’s most epic journeys are on our very own doorstep in Europe.
