When we’re in the need of a bit of cheer, many of us cosy up to our favourite film or listen to our favourite song.
It’s also pretty tempting to load up on comfort food, too – while in actual fact, eating healthily is an essential component of keeping your mood up.
And some foods are better at doing this than others.
