Sure, we all know that drinking four cans of Red Bull will give us an energy boost – but not exactly in a healthy way.

Sometimes, when it’s been about an hour since we’ve woken up and that cup of coffee hasn’t done anything to open our eyes, it’s better to turn to good old fashioned food instead as some foods are better than others at giving us a natural energy boost.
