Good news: Fitness star Denise Austin posted another #FitOver50 workout video on Instagram. This time, the 67-year-old is proving that everyone can stay on top of their fitness goals—even when it comes to cardio moves. In the video, Austin demonstrates a low-impact version of the classic jumping jack—which she calls the “half jack.”

In the video posted to Instagram, she stands on her yoga mat and explains that she’ll be sharing “a great fit over 50 exercise” with her followers. Specifically, how to “make the jumping jack easy on your body—yes, low-impact!” she said.

“Instead of a big jumping jack like this,” she explains while demonstrating the standard exercise, “do a half jack,” she says. The move is “low-impact and it still burns calories.” To perform the half jack, Austin starts with her feet together and steps one foot out to the side before bringing it back to the center and repeating on the other side. She moves her arms out and up in the same motion as a typical jumping jack for extra cardio.

Austin captioned the video: “#MotivationMonday with this #FitOver50 jumping jack!! This move is low-impact but will still get your heart rate up!! Give it a try today if you aren’t able to do a traditional jumping jack anymore and let me know what you think!!”
