If there's one thing I know for certain, it's that Catherine Zeta-Jones knows how to work a red carpet. Seriously. The actress, 53, was 'full on working' it in a stunning jumpsuit that highlighted her super strong core at the premiere of her new show on Disney+ series, National Treasure: Edge Of History.

'Full on, working the red carpet last night😂 note the ‘oh so dreamy feel’ there’s no business like show business,' she wrote in the post's caption. 'Planning on cleaning my windows later today 😘 National Treasure: Edge Of History premiere last night in Hollywood California.'

Of course, her famous friends and followers were obsessed with the look. Model Helena Christensen commented, 'Oh damn 🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️,' and actress Gwendoline Christie wrote, '🔥🔥🔥🔥🙌🔥🔥🔥🔥.' Plus, actress Michelle Pfeiffer even commented, '🔥🔥🔥.' Safe to say, she truly looked fire.

If you have questions about how Catherine gets this strong, you're certainly not alone. Luckily, Women's Health has some insights. For one, Catherine's core get an amazing workout with yoga, one of her fave exercises. Last month, she shared a video on Instagram doing a yoga session at home with a bunch of girlfriends. In the vid, she showed off her balance in an impressive Lord of the Dance pose. 'Yoga with gals at home. Where did my leg go?' she captioned the video.

She also got in a quick session back in February.

But it's not all about yoga, Catherine also gets active outside, and she is a fan of playing golf (while also getting in a few dance moves, of course).

And she also enjoys cross-country skiing, which is a super intense workout.

To get her cardio up, Catherine has been known to hop in the pool to swim some laps. 'If I become a little lethargic or lax in the physical part of my life, I get stressed,' she told the Telegraph. 'So I swim. I have one of those pools where I can swim against the tide.'

Basically, this actress likes to do pretty much anything to get moving. She told W Magazine that her workouts often involve 'swimming, tennis, Peloton, my home gym, and tap dancing.'

Of course, she also fuels up on healthy foods, too. Catherine shared her exact diet with Harper’s Bazaar, where she went through everything she eats in a day.

Breakfast is usually French press coffee, porridge, yogurt, granola, and berries. This is followed by a big salad for lunch, which usually includes spinach, rocket, pine nuts, 'big, ripe' tomatoes, blue cheese, dried cranberries—with a dressing of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and mustard. Snack time involves a scone and coffee, and dinner starts with a salad of apple, avocado, oranges, and figs—followed by fish or another white meat or 'just a regular filet mignon' paired with homemade mushroom sauce and a bunch of fresh sautéed veggies. YUM!

Of course, Catherine treats herself to some chocolate, too. She told The Telegraph that she has a 'very healthy appetite. I eat like a horse—my mother still brings me Cadbury’s chocolate from Britain.'

And on the chocolate note, Catherine mentioned her devotion again when speaking to Harper's Bazaar: 'I'm not a big snacker except for anything chocolate. For me, chocolate. For me, chocolate is a real treat. I deserve it!'

Yes you do, Catherine!
