Police have released CCTV footage of a bizarre dognapping, in which two valuable bulldog puppies were taken from a pet store after one of the suspects “allegedly faked a seizure to distract the employees”.The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office said three men walked into the Perfect Pets store in Centennial, Colorado, a few minutes apart on February 23, and asked staff about two bulldog puppies, which were priced at $4,299 each.In the video, one of the suspects can be seen collapsing to the ground; meanwhile, another suspect grabs the dogs as other people in the store are distracted.In an update on February 24, the sheriff’s office said one of the puppies had been returned, after a woman purchased it from a street vendor.The woman called the store after she saw a news report about the theft and recognized that her puppy matched.
