Will Meghan and Harry still need to bow and curtsy?

The Sussexes may have 'stepped away' from being senior royals, but with the ink barely dry on their agreement with the Queen, there are still some conventions that they may have to observe.

Harry remains a prince and his place in the line of succession is unaffected, but leaving his royal duties behind does mean that he's slipped down in the royal pecking order.

According to Hello magazine the Duke and Duchess will most likely not have to bow or curtsy to William and Kate, even though they are higher in the line of succession to the throne. That formality is reserved for the Queen and Prince Philip.

However, Prince Harry will have to bow one day to his father, Prince Charles, and ultimately Prince William, when they ascend to the throne.
