Vietnamese doctor extracts large cockroach from woman's inner ear

A doctor in Can Tho, Vietnam managed to remove a large cockroach from the inside of a woman's ear.

The footage, shows a surprised Dr. Trinh searching for the huge bug deep inside of the orifice with an endoscope. The cockroach was quite large and alive.

Dr. Trinh said that the woman went to the hospital with a painful ache in her ear and she believed that something had entered her ear.

The cockroach was trying to burrow deep into the woman's ear canal but because of its large body, it ended up getting stuck.

Native to east and southeast Asia, the Asian giant hornet is the world's largest hornet with its two-inch-long body and three-inch wingspan. Especially well known in Japan, the hornet packs a lot of venom and can attack and kill people. Hundreds of people were stung by the flying insects in the Chinese province of Shaanxi in October 2013. The woman said that when she was sleeping, she suddenly woke up because of the pain in her ear. She felt something in her ear and rushed to the hospital.
