Tom Daley live: Olympic diver joins us in the AOL BUILD LDN Studio

Bursting onto the Olympic scene at the tender age of 13, after winning gold at the European Championship in 2008, Tom became Britain's second youngest male Olympian of all time. Since scooping a bronze medal at the London Olympics and in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, his drive to win gold has gone from strength- to-strength. Tom will be discussing his new fitness and lifestyle book Tom's Daily Plan, so tune in as we hear what's in store for him this year.
