Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin take post-split trip to Bahamas
Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin have taken a post-break-up holiday in the Bahamas after announcing their split this week.
According to the Daily Mirror, the pair were seen at a seaside restaurant on the island of Eleuthera on Friday.
A witness said Gwyneth and Chris were sat next to each other and were joined by three other couples.
The couple, who revealed they are "consciously uncoupling" after more than 10 years of marriage, were spotted laughing together but Gwyneth was not wearing her wedding ring.
US Weekly reports that Chris, 37, and Gwyneth, 41, are staying at a secluded residence on the island, costing around £4,500 per week.
The celebrity magazine reports that their children Apple, 9, and Moses, 7, are also on the holiday and were seen on the beach and horse riding.
A source said: "There are no signs of any PDA, holding hands, or kissing on the beach. There was definitely a noticeably intimate distance."
The couple announced the end of their marriage via Gwyneth's website GOOP on Tuesday, saying: "It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate.
"We have been working hard for well over a year, some of it together, some of it separated, to see what might have been possible between us, and we have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate.
"We are, however, and always will be a family, and in many ways we are closer than we have ever been. We are parents first and foremost, to two incredibly wonderful children and we ask for their and our space and privacy to be respected at this difficult time."
