Gen Z women, I want to know what things, positive or negative, about older women you just don't understand.

Maybe, fresh out of college, you were excited about having an older female boss — and then discovered that she was actually quite mean to you. How did you feel about it?

Perhaps, on a positive note, you really admire the older women in your life and are in awe of how they became so strong and resilient given their early life circumstances. Tell me about it!

Maybe you don't understand how the older women in your life put up with some of the older men in their own lives, or don't understand why they don't just get a divorce. I want to hear about it!
