Wynne Evans names Strictly Come Dancing ‘tour bestie’ and it's not who you think
Strictly star Wynne Evans, who impressed viewers when he took to the dancefloor in 2024, has named his "tour bestie". The radio presenter, who is also known for being the Go Compare man, is currently on tour with the BBC One show.
Wynne was partnered with professional dancer Katya Jones while on Strictly Come Dancing and has continued to dance with her during the tour. So, it may come as a surprise to some fans that Wynne has named who his "tour bestie" is and it is not Katya.
Reposting a selfie from Tasha Ghouri, a former Love Islander who was partnered with Aljaz Skorjanec and made it to the final of Strictly, the caption read "tour bestie". Both Tasha and Wynne are smiling widely in the photo.

Earlier this month, Wynne announced the sad news that his brother, Huw, had passed away. The BBC Radio Wales host has been flooded with messages of support after announcing on Instagram that his "gorgeous" brother Huw has passed away.
Posting several pictures of himself with his brother, the 52-year-old wrote: "I’m so sad to say that my gorgeous eldest brother has passed away. My big brother was my hero and my inspiration. Huw my darling I will miss you so much and am so glad I got to have you with me all my life."
Soon after he posted this message on the social media site, he was flooded with messages of support from both fans and co-stars alike. Strictly pro Amy Dowden wrote: "Sending you so much love Wynne."
Huw was a respected barrister who worked on complex fraud cases. Last week Swansea Crown Court held a minute's silence in Huw's honour.
Dr Punam Krishan, who also competed on this season of Strictly, said: "I’m so sorry to read this news. Sending you and your family lots of love." For the latest TV & Showbiz news, sign up to our newsletter
