She told Yahoo Style UK that the responses have been “amazing”.
She said: “I had just eaten chicken katsu curry from Wasabi and I got super bloated which normally happens to me so it didn’t freak me out.
“I thought it would be funny to see if any other women bloat the way I do because i hadn’t really seen anyone talk about it.
“At first I wasn’t surprised because I know it’s normal to bloat the responses have been amazing!!”
If you regularly feel uncomfortably full after a big meal, there are a number of things you can do to prevent that bloated feeling.
Firstly, upping your water intake will help to counteract fluid retention. Drinking peppermint tea after meals, reducing your portion sizes and chewing properly (until your mouthful of food is liquid) will also help.
