Windowsen Fall 2024 Ready-to-Wear: ‘Kill Bill’ Realness
Sensen Lii put on another exhilarating show for fall 2024, following an electric Paris debut at L’Élysée Montmartre last September.
This time, it was a “Kill Bill”-themed fantasy ball. British drag performer Charity Kase opened the show by reciting lines modified from Lucy Liu’s character O-Ren Ishii in the cult film.

Tayce, a well-known British drag queen, was the first down the runway wearing a rhinestoned-metal structure bra, a faux fur-trimmed green coat and a pair of brown ruched flares.
Lii said the bra was his take on a gun bar, seen on the fembots in “Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery,” as he romanticized violence as Quentin Tarantino did, to some extent, in “Kill Bill.”
“I want everyone to live in their own fantasy, to be different, and not afraid of who they are,” said Lii, who recently relocated to Paris from Shanghai to capture global growth potential.
Lii didn’t just send looks made for drag performances down the runway. There were graphic T-shirts, pleated miniskirts, restored hoodies, cute boxers and faux fur jackets — all of which had real business implications.
Not to mention his eye-catching collaboration with Beats by Dre on the crystal-embellished headphones in the gradient shades of purple, green, yellow, blue and red. It won’t be a shock if the Apple-owned headphone specialist wanted a mass-produced version to hit the market somewhere down the line.
