(8-ounce) package, cream cheese, well chilled
Green and red pepper jelly

wine cork
Crackers, for serving
Directions
Slice cream cheese in half diagonally, making two triangles. Invert one triangle and place it alongside the other to make a Christmas tree shaped triangle. Place on a platter or serving tray. Use a paring knife to cut away bits of the triangle, creating tree branches.
Spoon alternating stripes of green and red pepper jelly along the "tree." Place a wine cork at the bottom of the tree to create the stump. Serve with crackers alongside.
