Ingredients

  (8-ounce) package, cream cheese, well chilled

• Green and red pepper jelly

• 1

  wine cork

• Crackers, for serving

Directions

1. Slice cream cheese in half diagonally, making two triangles. Invert one triangle and place it alongside the other to make a Christmas tree shaped triangle. Place on a platter or serving tray. Use a paring knife to cut away bits of the triangle, creating tree branches.

2. Spoon alternating stripes of green and red pepper jelly along the "tree." Place a wine cork at the bottom of the tree to create the stump. Serve with crackers alongside.
