The White Lotus season 4 is officially opening its hotel doors
The White Lotus season 3 hasn't even landed on our screens yet, and the series has already been renewed for season 4. Ahead of your booking in Thailand for the new series, which launches on the 17th February 2024, HBO have already renewed the anthology for a season four.
And we can't wait! Now the question on everybody's lips is where exactly we might be heading, and which luxury hotel do we desperately want a booking at. With season one unfolding in Hawaii, season two heading to Sicily and season three in Thailand, things really have gone global.
So without further ado, here's everything we know so far about The White Lotus season 4.
When was The White Lotus season 4 confirmed?
The official Max, previously known as HBO Max, account took to X on 23rd January to share more episodes of The White Lotus were coming. The tweet read, "Good news travels fast. #TheWhiteLotus is excited to welcome you to a new destination."
While no further details were shared, this confirms the series will follow the same pattern as before: that the new season will take place somewhere new.

Who is in The White Lotus season 4 cast?
Unfortunately nothing has been confirmed about The White Lotus season 4 cast, but we can assume a whole host of brilliant actors and recognisable faces will be queueing up to make an appearance.
So far, each season has included an ensemble cast of actors from all over the world. In season one, we had the likes of Sydney Sweeney, Murray Bartlett, Connie Britton and Jennifer Coolidge.
In season two, we had Meghann Fahy, Leo Woodall, Jon Gries, Aubrey Plaza, Theo James and Tom Hollander, while season three will see Aimee Lou Wood, Natasha Rothwell, Sarah Catherine Hook and Jason Isaacs.
Where will The White Lotus season 4 take place?
Again, as the series hasn't started production yet, it's hard to know for sure. But the series so far have been filmed in various hotels around the world: Hawaii, Sicily and Thailand.
Ahead of season three, the show's creator Mike White told Deadline: "I think it'd be fun to maybe go to a whole different continent. You know, we did Europe, and maybe Asia, something crazy like that."
Where does that leave for season four?!
What is The White Lotus season 4's potential release date?
It's hard to have a definitive timeline in mind. Season one was released in July, 2021, with season two landing in October 2022. HBO then renewed The White Lotus for a third season in November 2022, with the series releasing in January 2025.
Following this timeline, it feels like there's roughly 15 months to two years between the series - so we can hope for more episodes sometime in mid to late 2026.
