Finally. 15 years after the original Enchanted movie came out, we're getting a sequel in the shape of Disenchanted. Starring Amy Adams and Patrick Demsey, we're back alongside Giselle and Prince Edward, as they try to make sense of the real world. But where can you watch the film in the UK?
While the film was originally slated to come out on Thanksgiving in the US, aka 25th November 2022, the movie was moved forward a week. And quite frankly, 18th November couldn't come soon enough.
After months of anticipation, Disenchanted is making its way onto our TV screens - so instead of heading into cinemas, the film will be available globally on Disney+.
You can nab yourself a Disney+ membership for £7.99 a month or for £79.90 a year. You can sign up to Disney+ and watch all your favourite films and TV shows using this link here.
Already we've had a trailer and a sneak preview of what to expect from the movie. Back in September, Disney shared an official synopsis which reads, "It has been 15 years since Giselle (Amy Adams) and Robert (Patrick Dempsey) wed, but Giselle has grown disillusioned with life in the city, so they move their growing family to the sleepy suburban community of Monroeville in search of a more fairy tale life."
The synopsis then reveals that Giselle encounters neighbourhood queen bee, Malvina Monroe (Maya Rudolph), making Giselle feel even more out of place. The princess then turns to Andalasia for help, resulting in Monroeville becoming a real-life fairy tale, with Giselle in a rush to reverse the spell.
We just know we're going to be obsessed with this. Disney+ have also revealed the new film will have additional songs and musical numbers, alongside new characters.
