We're Obsessed With Daisy Edgar-Jones' Festive-Casual Look
After pulling off some of the most underrated press tour looks of this year, Daisy Edgar-Jones has designated herself as someone to watch (both on the screen and on the red carpet).
Over the summer, the actor worked alongside stylist Dani Michelle to promote her summer blockbuster Twisters with a flurry of tornado-themed outfits. Later, the pair teamed up for the premiere of Edgar-Jones’s project On Swift Horses, embracing the boho renaissance with an airy, sky-blue Gucci gown.

Fast-forward a few months, and Edgar-Jones has briefly shelved away her film star persona. Instead, she leads the London stage revival of the 1958 film Cat on a Hot Tin Roof— but the performance shift hasn’t made her personal style any less sharp. On Friday, the actor was spotted in London, wearing a head-to-toe Gucci look from the Italian brand’s AW24 collection.
Edgar-Jones slipped into a black suit jacket, cinching the structured coat with a thin Gucci belt. Below, she wore a pair of casual blue jeans, as well as a strappy pair of leather ballet flats. The black shoes featured Gucci’s signature horsebit detailing, matching the silver brand logo on her belt.
To add a pop of red to her look, the Normal People star flaunted a cherry manicure, which correlated with the burgundy Gucci bag slung over her shoulder. She accessorised further with rectangular black sunglasses, styling her wavy brown hair with a middle parting.
In Cat on a Hot Tin Roof — playing at the Almeida Theater until early February —Edgar-Jones plays Maggie Pollitt opposite Kingsley Ben-Adir as her husband Brick. Edgar-Jones’s part was originated by Elizabeth Taylor in the late 1950s and has since been played by the likes of Scarlett Johansson and Sienna Miller.
