It's a new year, which means it's time for a maybe, possibly, rumored all-new Frosty from Wendy's. And we're here for it.

On Wednesday, the very in-the-know Instagram account Snackolator posted about a new Frosty that's expected to hit Wendy's locations across the nation next month, featuring a very special mix-in: Girl Scouts Thin Mint cookies.

"I'm crying tears of Thin Mints joy right now because Wendy's is bringing one of the best looking Frosty flavors ever in February," the account shared in the caption, noting that the information was first nabbed by @teamsupernovafb. Snackolator added that they aren't sure "exactly" what the Frosty consists of, but noted their speculation is that it will be either a Chocolate Mint Frosty with Chocolate or Chocolate Mint Swirl, or is a Chocolate or Vanilla Frosty with chocolate mint swirl.

And it appeared Snackolator's followers are just as psyched for the potential flavor, with one commenter noting, "OMGGGGG finally, America gets something good," and another exclaiming, "Can’t wait for this!!!!" One more follower added, they'll be "Grabbing the largest available."

However, one commenter did add a rather spectacular idea: "Throw some peanut butter syrup on a chocolate frosty and make it a peanut butter patty/tagalong frosty." And honestly, yes. Do this too, please.

Food & Wine reached out to Wendy's for confirmation and didn't hear back by the time of publication, but we'll update this story once we learn the actual ingredients and if this is, in fact, happening at all.

But the odds are good that, at minimum, a new Frosty is around the corner. It would fit into the brand's semi-regular schedule of updating its flavors. Its last update was in November when it unveiled the fall Salted Caramel Frosty flavor. That flavor, Wendy's shared with Food & Wine at the time, combined the "rich, salty caramel perfectly balanced with Wendy’s iconic sweet & creamy Frosty treat," adding that it was "a spoonful of warm and cozy comfort in every chilly bite." And hopefully, we'll be getting confirmation of another delicious-sounding dessert soon. But if for some reason this all ends up being one cruel joke, you could always head to Wendy's, pick up a chocolate base, then find your nearest Girl Scouts troop and buy a box of Thin Mints to mix in yourself, which sounds equally as tasty.
