Sometimes, when we’re going through a really stressful patch of life, it can take someone else’s sound advice to help us to wind down.
So when one psychology teacher from California wrote a list of ‘101 ways to cope with stress’ for their students, it ended up striking a chord with far more people than just those in the class.
After it was handed to her, high school student Alina Ramirez shared teacher Brett Phillips’ brilliant list on Twitter, highlighting the points that she found most helpful.
Alongside photos of the list, she wrote: “My psychology teacher gave us this paper on how to cope with stress and thought I’d share it.”
