“Queer Eye” star France will cohost the show alongside “Project Runway” judge Welteroth.
“This year’s pre-show will feature France and Welteroth interviewing nominees, highlighting the best fashion looks of the night and giving viewers a look at the star-studded red carpet for the SAG Awards,” a press release reads.
As part of the hit Netflix makeover show’s “Fab Five,” France serves as the group’s fashion expert. He also cohosts the streamer’s fashion design competition series, “Next in Fashion,” with supermodel Gigi Hadid.
Welteroth made history in 2017 when she became the first Black woman to helm Teen Vogue, where she was credited with expanding the magazine’s breadth of political and social justice coverage. Since leaving her post at Teen Vogue, Welteroth has joined the judges panel on Bravo’s “Project Runway.”
