When 10-year-old Noah boarded his plane to Delaware, he couldn’t contain his excitement. He was about to surprise his best friend of six years, Eliza. The two met in kindergarten and have been inseparable ever since.

Everything changed a year and a half ago when Eliza moved from just down the street from Noah in Orange Park, Florida, all the way to Hockessin, Delaware.

For her 10th birthday, Eliza wished to see Noah. Her mom decided to reach out to Noah’s mom, Kristen, and together they planned the ultimate surprise visit.

“Their friendship is so pure,” Kristen said. “They are truly best friends, and when they are together, it’s as if no time has passed.”
