Walmart Can Feed Your Game Day Crew for $7 per Person

Feeding a crowd isn’t easy—especially with today’s grocery prices. Thankfully, Walmart has come through again, helping us save big for those large gatherings. Last year, the store offered Thanksgiving Dinner Kits for just $30, and earlier this summer, we scored some great deals during its Fourth of July sale at roughly $6 per person.

Now, Walmart has introduced even more ways to save while feeding your group during football season.

Walmart’s Curated Game Day Baskets

Walmart recently launched Game Day Baskets to help you and your friends eat well without breaking the bank. You can choose from three different baskets: the Watch Party Basket, Tailgating Spread Basket, and Cleanup Basket—each offering a convenient pack of food and supplies.

First up is the Watch Party Basket for $49.46. Walmart describes this as a “full feast for 8 people.” It includes two frozen pizzas—Great Value Rising Crust Pepperoni Pizza and Great Value Rising Crust Three Meat Pizza—along with 4 pounds of chicken wings, a 22-ounce bag of mozzarella sticks, a 13-ounce bag of Great Value Party Size Original Wavy Potato Chips, and 10 chocolate chip cookies, among other items.

Next, the Tailgating Spread Basket, priced at $55.33, offers a 10-pack of Oscar Mayer Classic Beef Franks, an 8-count of Nature’s Own Perfectly Crafted Brioche Style Hot Dog Buns, a 20-ounce can of Bush's Original Baked Beans, a 32-ounce tub of ready-to-eat deviled egg potato salad, an 8-ounce bag of Lay’s Classic Potato Chips, and a 12-pack of Dr Pepper.

Lastly, there’s the Cleanup Basket for $14.42, which Walmart promises will make "game-day cleanup a breeze." This basket includes a 48-count of Great Value Premium Clear Disposable Plastic Assorted Cutlery, a 50-count of Great Value Everyday Disposable Plastic Party Cups, two double rolls of Great Value Ultra Strong Paper Towels, a 50-count of Great Value Everyday Paper Plates, and 20 Great Value Strong Flex 13-Gallon Drawstring Tall Kitchen Trash Bags.

You can order any—or all—of these baskets online for pickup or delivery. Just note that additional fees may apply depending on your location.
