Vogue Williams has found the perfect M&S party outfit for every occasion
If there's one fashion influencer we can rely on to find the best new high street pieces, it's TV presenter and podcaster Vogue Williams – and she's done it again by serving up some fabulous party season looks, all from M&S' excellent December range.
The star, in her role as an M&S ambassador, often hunts out the chicest buys from the retailer's latest collection, with past gems including satin cargo trousers, a snuggly duvet coat and the 'best fitting jeans ever'.
So, we were delighted to see that she'd done her duty once again and shared three shoppable outfits on Instagram that will suit every occasion this Christmas.
From a tuxedo blazer layered over a black slip dress to an all-purple tonal look, we love them all, but there was one piece that we immediately added to basket: the Sparkly Crew Knitted Top.
Priced at just £25, this cosy metallic-flecked knit is festive but subtly so – ideal if you want to nod to the Christmassy theme but keep it chic. It comes in ivory or black, so why not pick up both?
Described by Vogue as a "nice Christmas Day outfit", we'll be layering ours over a slip skirt or leather trousers. To copy Vogue's style, pair the short-sleeved jumper with M&S' metallic skinny jeans, £32.50, or our preferred wide-leg alternative.
Loving Vogue's glammer looks too? Her trick of looking in the men's section to find her blazer is one of our favourites in the book. "I wanted that really oversized look," she said, explaining how she paired it with a slip dress and "little spotty tights".
Her purple look feels cool and fresh if you're after something different from the ubiquitous red, green and sparkle – think a super stylish Quality Street!
"I love how bright it is and this jumper is fab," she said, matching it with a satin mini skirt. No wonder she was struggling to decide which outfit to wear to the M&S Christmas party...
