This year has been a *big* year for Perrie Edwards. The artist released her debut solo single in April, became a Cosmopolitan UK cover star in July (a not-so-humble brag from us, sorry not sorry) and did it all while looking stunning AF. Seriously, we don't think Perrie's style has ever been better than in 2024.

We're talking '70s-esque gold naked dresses, a sculptural breastplate and head-to-toe red – AKA one of the year's biggest colour trends – in the form of a fringed leather jacket, leotard and studded belt. So cool, so chic. Take a scroll down her Instagram feed to see what we mean.

Of course, her latest look is no exception. As part of a photoshoot for Xmag España, the artist graces the December cover of the publication channelling rock chick energy with heavy black eyeliner and wet look hair. Coordinating her ensemble to her beauty aesthetic, Perrie has on... a playing card?

Yep, we weren't joking. Perrie is wearing a giant black velvet playing card – specifically the five of hearts from a standard deck – that has been fashioned and formed into a strapless mini dress that drapes across the front of the body. The garment is from the brain of designer, James Walsh, known for his wearable sculptures that are fuelled by childhood nostalgia. Keeping the focus on her quirky attire, simple black Topshop heels completed the look.

Perrie's Little Mix bandmates were some of the first to jump into the comments section. Jade Thirlwall left four fire emojis underneath the post while Leigh-Anne Pinnock simply added, “Major.” Other fans echoed their thoughts, writing:

Queen of hearts! ♥️ you dream!
OH THAT DRESS ❤️
I’m speechless..STUNNING 😍😍😍

Looking at a post shared by the designer, we're pretty sure this dress is basically completely backless too. Seconding Leigh-Anne, this look is major!
