Obesity rates in the UK might start falling by the end of 2024 due to the rising use of weight loss medications like Wegovy and Mounjaro, according to Simple Online Pharmacy, Sky News reports. Approximately 500,000 people in the UK are taking these medications, leading to collective weight loss of hundreds of tonnes, with projections suggesting up to a million people could reverse obesity within a year.
