Tom Brady Is Looking to Sell Miami Bachelor Pad — His Former Marital Home with Gisele Bündchen: Source
The retired quarterback and the supermodel built their waterfront mansion after buying a plot of land in 2020 for a reported $17 million
Tom Brady is hoping to move out of his Florida home purchased during his marriage to now ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen.
A source tells PEOPLE that the retired NFL quarterback, 47, is looking to sell his $17 million home in the exclusive enclave of Indian Creek.
However, he's not going far. "If he gets an offer, he’ll just downsize, not leave Miami," the source tells PEOPLE.

Brady and Bündchen, 44, moved to Florida from their Massachusetts home in 2020, first renting a mansion owned by Derek Jeter before purchasing the Indian Creek property that same year. The couple paid a reported $17 million for the land on the south Florida island, which is known for catering to the ultra-wealthy, boasting features like a private police force and a gated entrance bridge, according to Architectural Digest.
The former couple then built the 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 5,700 sq. ft. mansion, designed by architect Scott Mitchell. Per the home's Zillow listing, its assessed value was about $28.6 million in 2023.
After their split, Brady also rented out a luxury Miami condo unit at the Fendi Chateau in nearby Miami Beach, PEOPLE previously reported.
Bündchen and Brady, who divorced in October 2022, share son Benjamin, 14, and daughter Vivian, 11 . Brady is also dad to son Jack, 17, with his ex Bridget Moynahan, 53.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion has previously shared several photos of the modern, waterfront mansion on Instagram, including of the glass exterior of the house, the pool, its views of the ocean and its living room and kitchen.
Last year, he posted a photo on Instagram Stories that showed the sunshine streaming in through his living room's floor-to-ceiling windows, casting a light over a seating and dining area, which at the time featured a dark wood table and chairs of woven natural materials.
A glimpse of the former quarterback’s outdoor space is also visible in the photo. The room appears to open onto another indoor/outdoor living area equipped with a fireplace.

Another photo of the house's exterior, shared to Brady's Instagram Stories in 2024, gave fans a glimpse at the modern structure, including the expansive windows that reflected the orange sky. His followers also got a look at his perfectly landscaped backyard and pool area.
Also in 2024, he posted another scene of the sun rising over his luxurious pool along with palm trees and more lush greenery.
"Home is where the heart is,” he wrote over the photo, adding three red heart emojis.
Since retiring from the NFL in 2023 after 23 seasons with the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Brady has been doing some broadcasting as an NFL analyst for Fox and become a part owner of the Las Vegas Raiders and Las Vegas Aces.
