Can you figure out which book they’re embodying? [Photo: Twitter]

While World Book Day, which falls on March 3 each year, is a great way for people globally to celebrate their love of literature, it does leave most parents with yet another costume idea to sort for their child. A huge number of schools and nurseries invite kids to turn up in fancy dress, embodying their favourite book.

But that’s easier said than done. Especially if you completely forget and have five minutes flat to kit your little ones out - like Joe Heenan.

The dad-of-two took to Twitter to admit that World Book Day completely slipped his mind, leaving him forced to come up with a set of costumes for his two youngsters in barely no time at all.

Dressed in their school gear and clutching a toaster and hairdryer, you might not be able to figure out what the children are meant to be. But it’s really a rather epic idea as the duo are dressed as *drumroll* pages from the Argos catalogue.

“Forgot they had to be in costume, so they’re going to school as pages 89 & 165 of the Argos catalogue,” Heenan tweeted, along with a photo of his tots.

We’ll leave it to you to decide if the Argos catalogue can be classed as a book.
