These are the biggest turn offs on a first date
Sometimes on a really bad date, it only takes a matter of seconds to realise someone isn’t ‘the one’.
It might be down to a specific incompatibility or different outlooks on life, but more often than not something specific will have turned you right off them.
According to a new study, 50 particular things will stop British singletons from going on a second date with someone, and some fare worse than others.
The poll of 2,000 single people by e-cigarette company blu revealed that Brits’ single biggest turn off is bad body odour, with almost three quarters of participants saying it would be their main reason to avoid a follow-up date.
This was followed by a bad temper, then lying, acting selfishly and having bad breath.
53% said they formed an opinion on someone in 15 minutes or less, and over half would ditch someone who seemed otherwise perfect but had one clear flaw.
