Taylor Swift's Wembley Eras Tour in 'security scare as men scale roof'

The second night of Taylor Swift's Era Tour at the iconic Wembley Stadium was thrown into chaos due to a shocking security breach.

The global superstar, 34, is currently in London for an epic run at Wembley Stadium as part of her extensive 21-month Eras Tour. The city is buzzing with thousands of Swifties who've flocked to catch the first of Taylor's performances in the capital.

Taylor, who is coming hot off the first of her three-night-long Wembley residency that saw a host of celebs including Prince William, who took his children to see the pop sensation, Mike and Zara Tindall, Mila Kunis and Liam Hemsworth in attendance, was in for a surprise on the second night. While Fridays performance went without a glitch, fans reported an unexpected disruption during the Saturday gig.

OK! has contacted Wembley Stadium and The Metropolitan Police for comment.

As the pop princess, who was spotted with crates of booze as she landed her private Jet in the UK, dazzled her audience of 88,000, two men apparently made their way up the stadium roof. Fans took to X, previously Twitter, sharing snaps featuring the pair peering down from above, one seen with a camera in hand.

The unexpected rooftop visitors, sporting hard hats, overlooked the crowd causing confusion among the fans. One fan tweeted: "Wembley Stadium is currently making announcement outside the stadium for those on the roof of the stadium to exit!"

The puzzling occurrence left concert-goers scratching their heads, with another fan tweeting, "Hey @wembleystadium why are there 3 people on the roof during @taylorswift13 ....talk about unnerving! ! ! ".

Another worried fan wrote: "It's actually hella concerning that security/police didn't catch them going up there. Are we sure these are paps and not police using the lenses for their ops? I am asking this genuinely as where I'm from, the roof is always monitored."

Echoing similar sentiments, a third person posted: "That's scary that people have been able to get up there. Hoping security takes care of them asap."

"Watching the internet stream of Taylor Swift. 21.50 the streamers showed the roof above them and there were at least 3 people standing on the roof? ?" asked a fourth as they tagged the official X account for the stadium.

Taylor is now taking London by storm, ready to enchant her fans at Wembley Stadium with her three-hour Eras Tour extravaganza on June 21, 22, and 23. While she's set to dazzle audiences for three nights this month, Swifties in London can rejoice as she'll return for an encore with five more shows at Wembley scheduled for August 15, 16, 17, 19, and 20.
