Supreme x MM6 Maison Margiela Is Coming
Supreme is the king of collaborations: Over the years, it's tapped Comme des Garçons, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Thom Browne and Undercover for limited-edition collections, solidifying and perfecting the "drop" model in fashion. Its latest partnership might just be one of its most revered yet.
The influential streetwear brand is collaborating with MM6 Maison Margiela for Spring 2024, which also notably marks Supreme's 30th anniversary.
MM6 — founded in 1997 as the sub-line of Margiela's avant-garde main line — brings its subversive interpretation of wardrobe staples to Supreme. (Whereas Maison Margiela is designed by John Galliano, MM6 collections are created by an anonymous collective.) The collaboration consists of a faux fur coat (made up of a variety of panels in different colors and textures), a varsity jacket (consisting of different styles patched together), a work jacket, a shirt, metallic cargo pants, shorts, a washed cotton suit and vest; there are also two tees, two hooded sweatshirts, a cap, a wig, a wallet, a Kryptonite® Chain + Disc Lock and a skateboard.
Supreme x MM6 Maison Margiela will be available online at www.maisonmargiela.com and www.Supreme.com on Thursday, March 28 at 11 a.m. EST in the U.S., U.K. and E.U. It'll drop in Asia on Saturday, March 30. See the full campaign for the collection.
